US School Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team!  Knowre is an education technology company personalizing math learning for teachers and students through innovative math software.  At Knowre, you will be challenged to think outside of the box to improve the way we educate students across the US and the world.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to wear many hats.  We are looking for a strong team player who is excited about the opportunity to work across a wide variety of projects and tasks.  We would love to hear from you if you are diligent, have the ability to learn things quickly, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and have a passion for the education and edtech industries.

You will be responsible for a portfolio of districts and school where you will:

  • Ensure that the community of teachers, students, and other relevant stakeholders are supported with the resources they need to be successful
  • Onboard customers and provide professional development and training to teachers and administrators
  • Analyze market and customer data to ensure our customers are using Knowre to its full potential
  • Respond to all support issues, both technical and implementation related
  • Be the eyes and ears of our product team to the needs of our customers, potential customers, and the market as a whole
  • Update online and offline content to ensure the latest messaging is delivered to our users
  • Support sales and marketing by helping to nurture districts and schools that are piloting Knowre

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a BA/BS
  • Has experience within the education industry
  • Understands and has a passion for technology
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Is self-motivated, diligent and excited about identifying and solving problems
  • Has a positive attitude, works collaboratively in a team setting, and is detailed-oriented
  • Is proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Has experience using digital tools, such as Salesforce, Mailchimp, WordPress, etc. (preferred)
  • Enjoys analyzing and making decisions based on data
